36 Windemere marathon 05/19/13 Spokane WA   Marathon         Another beautiful marathon on the centenial trail overlooking the Spokane river.
35 TACOMA CITY MARATHON 05/05/13 Tacoma WA   Marathon         Had a great time at the reunion seeing all the maniacs!
34 Utah Valley Marathon 06/09/12   UT   Marathon         Was a great maniac reunion
33 Windermere marathon 05/19/12 Spokane WA   Marathon         Another beautiful run on the centennial trail.
32 TriCities Marathon 10/30/11   WA   Marathon         Beautiful small sized marathon, well staffed, and maintained.
31 Moses Lake Marathon 04/16/11 Moses Lake WA   Marathon         Nice small, low key marathon. I was pleasntly suprised at how well organized this marathon was considering it was extremely small, and their first marathon. Also it was the flattest marathon I've ever done.
30 Lake Tahoe day 3 09/26/10 Tahoe city to South Lake Tahoe CA   Marathon         Still the most beautiful marathon I've ever done, as well as difficult. Any Tahoe vet can tell you about the hill from hell. However, the view from Insporation point is bar none the best. I still keep coming back, because I still have not been bored it is one of the most extremely challenging true road races (triple, super triple) but still gives you a great vacation at the same time.
29 Lake Tahoe day 2 09/25/10   NV   Marathon         The wheather was wonderful, the fellow marathoners were great, the lake felt nice and cold at the finish. Once again Rosy's cafe is the best small town restaurant I've ever ate at and its right accross the street from finish.
28 Lake Tahoe day 1 09/24/10 Emerald Bay to Spooner CA   Marathon         PR'd day one, no altitude sickness. Was a usually beautiful dayn in Lake Tahoe.
27 Foot traffic Flat 07/04/10 Sauvie Island OR   Marathon         Beautiful marathon, fairly flat and well supported for a small, but obviously growing marathon, they were taken a little of gaurd by the large turn out, but seemed to handle it fairly well, except for the traffic jam, but that was out of their control and they did warn people to show up early (which I did).
26 Windermere Marathon 05/15/10 Spokane WA   Marathon         Beautiful marathon very easy, great shirt and medal, still have to work on the set up at the beginning those that were there now what I mean, but great for a 2nd year marathon.
25 Tacoma City Marathon 05/02/10 Tacoma WA   Marathon         Great to see all the maniacs, in a see of yellow. Had a great marathon, felt strong, and the scenerie in the park looked great.
24 Wenatchee Marathon 04/17/10 Wenarchee WA   Marathon         Fairly easy out and back course, but got sick by mile 21 and finished just barely was a PW good local marathon though.
23 Tri-cities Marathon 10/25/09 Richland WA   Marathon         Great, fast and flat marathon, nice shirt. Great to see a lot of other maniacs.
22 Columbian River Power Marathon 10/24/09 Umatilla OR   Marathon         Smallest marathon I've ever done, but had one of the best shirts yet. They're new at this so I will give them a break but they have work to do with organizing the event, but overall good marathon, very pleasant scenery.
21 Spokane Marathon 10/11/09 Spokane WA   Marathon         Spokane has been small since I started running it, but it did grow some this year, and there was a bit more spectators, the scenery is still great, it is still a bit more difficult then most marathons, but not to extreme. This time however, it was bitter cold 22 degrees at the start.
20 Lake Tahoe Marathon day 3 09/27/09 Tahoe City CA   Marathon         What else can I say about this marathon, but that it is one of the most difficult and beautiful marathons in America from the "Hill from Hell" all the way to "100' feet of Heaven".
19 Lake Tahoe Marathon day 2 09/26/09 Spooner Lake NV   Marathon         Best day 2 yet beat last year by 30 min thanks to the help of Roger maniac #88 appreciate you pacing me!
18 Lake Tahoe Marathon day 1 09/25/09 South Lake Tahoe CA   Marathon         Was sick the last five miles which of course are the worst for this marathon as anyone knows whose done the triple.
17 TCM 05/03/09 Tacoma WA   Marathon         13th regular marathon. Lucky number 13, was a good overall marathon, was great to see all the other maniacs, but was not in the zone, and no where near a PR on this one.
16 Yakima River Canyon 04/04/09 Yakima     Marathon         Gotta love runnin with all the maniacs
15 Tahoe triple day three 09/28/08 South Lake Tahoe CA   Marathon         The climb to inspiration point was hell, but it was the most beautiful view I have ever seen in my life, It made it all worth it.
14 Tahoe triple day2 09/27/08 Tahoe city CA   Marathon         Compared to day one and three this was cake, it was like the rest of the triple beautiful, the pain was starting to creep in but not quite there yet, it was very enjoyable considering
13 Tahoe triple day 1 09/26/08 South Lake Tahoe NV   Marathon         Baptism by fire, the first 23 miles were beautiful the last 3 were absolute hell if you ever ran it you know what I'm talking about.
12 Let's climb a mountain 07/12/08       37.8 mi         Very scenic, challenging, and fun. For such a small race it was well put together, and I loved the 1/2 zip brooks shirt, nice touch. If you include the peak and keep the finish this could be a fifty miler easy.
11 Seafair 06/29/08   WA   Marathon         To say it was a bit hilly is an understatement, do this marathon for the challenge, because its definately not a pr race.
10 Coeur D' Alene 05/25/08       Marathon         New course change, loved that it was not a double, but an out an back, hated that you actually run by the finish and run an extra mile and half before you finish.
9 Capital City 05/18/08       Marathon         Wow, what a great marathon, a little hilly but nothing remotely scary, and great scenery.
8 North Face endurance challenge 05/10/08   WA   50 mi         First fifty miler, I learned right away that trail running is nowhere close to road running, and that I will always be a road runner, to add insult to injury I was one of five runners to go ofcourse because of markings and the other four quit, but I wasn't about to DNF my first fifty so I dragged my butt back to the point where I left course (about 5 miles extra according to the race directer) and finished dead last. But I still finished!!!
7 Spokane River Run 04/20/08   WA   50 km         It was my first ever attempt at a trail run, and it was a pretty good race a little hairy at parts, but good all around race.
6 Spokane 10/14/07   WA   Marathon         This is my hometown marathon, and Im kina proud of it, infact if they would advertise it more I think it could be much bigger, it's very scenic, water stations are fairly decent, and besides the famous doomsday hill at mile 23 the hills aern't to bad. Love the fact you get a "finishers" sweat shirt, as in you actually have to finish to get it.
5 Portland 10/07/07   OR   Marathon         Well ran, big support, and nice scenic views for an overall good marathon, the only knock is that its a little crowded, but I guess thats how you know its good.
4 Let's climb a mountain 07/07/07   WA   34.3 mi         This was a great babtism for me for my first ultra, it was all road, all up hill but not to much until the last 6 miles, it was scenic, and cant wait to do it again.
3 Coeur D' Alene 05/27/07   ID   Marathon         Not a big fan of double loping, but it was very scenic, not to hilly and overall a great marathon.
2 Spokane 10/15/06   WA   Marathon         Great scenic marathon through the Spokane area.
1 Lake Chelan shore to shore 09/16/06   WA   Marathon         First Marathon, learned quickly that I needed to train much better the next time I did a marathon, I had never in my life felt so much soreness, but it started the addiction, now it seems like one of the easier marathons, it was beautiful and scenic as well.
