24 Atlantic City Marathon 10/16/11 Atlantic City NJ 4:58:15 Marathon         Wonderful FLAT course! Also very nice to be running in sight of the Atlantic Ocean most of the way. The Marathon Paces they used were great, especially Nicole, how led me to my five hour finish.
23 Parker's Marathon 08/28/11 Harrisville WV 5:57:03 Marathon         Ouch! I hurt a tendon after three miles, but was too dumb to quit. After walking a few miles, I worked out a walk, run, strectch cycle which kept me going and finished just under 6 hours.
