Perked up at the end. Took a nice tumble on the trail but was unhurt. Course longer than last year (added another hill)

51 Transcendence 12 Hour Endurance Run 08/15/10 Olympia WA 6:23:30 33.52 mi 76 36/ 46 14/ 18   6 hours of transcendence was enough for me with that heat. New distance record. 22 loops around Capitol Lake.
50 Seattle Rock and Roll 06/26/10 Tukwilla to Seattle WA 3:59:23 Marathon 5050 917/ 4080 664/ 2061 111/ 334 Wow. My 50th marathon or ultra. Never would have done this without the Maniacs club. In today's race the concrete got to my legs but it was a decent run. Hugged a giant tiger character.

36 Watershed Preserve 08/29/09 Redmond WA 4:35:57 Marathon 413 11/ 34 9/ 21 2/ 6 Good intro to trail racing; one bee sting and one wrong turn that took me a half mile off course. Epic bonkage on the third loop was humbling but I kept a good attitude.
