Weird course, out and back that was paved trail for 11 or 12 miles then 1 or 2 miles out to the turn around was single track trail with lots of roots and rocks. the turn around is on top of a tall observation tower. Took a nice header off of a tree root, that was fun. Still feel slow, need more long runs to finish better. A few maniacs ran, Paul,Troy and Larry Macon of coarse. Ran the first mile or so with Larry.

Walking is still hard, had a silver dollar sized blister at the end. Second year at this one, need to figure out the shoe/sock thing.
