Ran this one with Kevin.Since the Canton marathon June 17th I ran two 5ks and two three milers on my street.Had bad hammy cramps at mile 14.BioFreeze a second wind and the will to live got me to the finish.My official 50th Marathon ended where it all started |

Cantons 1st and one of my worst.Stayed up all night Friday,drove Kyle to Cleveland sat morning for Color Run.Slipped into a coma and we got to marathon later then I wanted.Day became hot and humid and I quickly lost my focus.I slammed into the wall by mile 20 and thought death was near.I actually held Kyle back from finishing sooner.Oh well.To many hills up then down. |

Ran this one with Kevin as part of his !st double.Course seemed easy but the rolling hills took its toll on me after the half way mark.The stong cold wind didnt help.Couldnt feel my toes most of the race.I think its time to take a break(6 Marathons in a month) |

My 5th Marathon in 15 days,felt good,got past the hill from hell then caught up to Endorphin Dude.After a brief photo shoot he sprinkled his magic Endorphin dust on my poor wore out body and i gave it my all for the last 8 miles to the finish. The Tahoe Triple Is In The Bag! |

This was said to be the easy of the 3 but the near brushes of death with the cycles and the cars and the last 5 miles up hill and the pit stop at 7/11 made it a long day and poor finish time |

Life got hard after mile 13.The heat and hills caught up to me.Pulled EVERY trick out of my bag to survive this one.On my own,felt possible heat stroke sneaking up,hard to breath on the hills.DIE BEFORE DNF Aint going to be back here. |

My 1st Marathon since May,didnt get alot of training runs in,kink in back and shoulders wont go away.Race day felt 100%,ran with work pals Matt and Tammy til the 10k split.Had minor cramps in both calves after 18 mile mark so i took it easy to the finish line.Another nice day at the base |

Money,Money,Money,32 marathons and Floridas been my coldest.Ran the Goofy with my son Kyle.Very aggravated at how all the 1st timer college student-slow walking-picture taking-hold handers and stopping in the middle of the roaders that were placed in corral A both days.With all the zig zagging i did this felt like 2 ultras.Never again-Did i say Money! |
