74 Pacific Rim 03/17/12 Longview WA 10:25 50 mi         Sun, wind and cold rain led to a 50 miles run instead of a 24 hour run. Plus coming into the day with a cold and an injured tendon made stopping at 50 miles a good choice.

67 White River 07/30/11 Crystal mtn WA 11:29 50 mi         Warm second half had me walking more than I would have liked on the climbs, tried to make it up by running more than I liked on the Skookum Flats! Felt pretty strong all day. So happy to PR by close to 2 hours.

60 Pacific Rim One Day Run 03/19/11 Longview WA 23:27 101 mi 71 2/ 2     First 100 miler! Around and around 101 times. Thanks Steve for helping me through the rough loops and for running at the end when tou didn't want to. We sure lucked out with great weather and a "super moon" all night!

48 Winthrop Marathon 09/26/10 Winthrop WA 4:12 Marathon 3       Felt great for the first half then slowed a bit at mile 17. Felt good again by mile 20, but then climbing the hills began. After so many miles of downhill I slowed way down on the climbs. Happy with my time though. Fastest in a long time. AWESOME MARATHON.
47 Trancendence 12 hour 08/15/10 Olympia WA 11:51 50 mi         Hot! 96 degrees, little shade, fabulous aid and organization, wonderful running buddies. Ice and popsicles made it survivable.

45 Rock n Roll Marathon 06/26/10 Seattle WA 4:41 Marathon         Felt great for the first 16 miles, then yucky for the last 10. Survived with walk breaks at mile markers. Enjoyed the course and atmosphere.

Special thanks to Steve for motivating me through that 6th loop low and keeping me going. Also thanks to Eric for coming over from COugar/Squak and running the last 8 miles with Steve and I. You guys rock! Not to mention the great RD's and many volunteers!

25 Pacific Rim 24 hour Endurance run 03/21/09 Longview WA 19:29 100 km         Long and slow and trashed feet, but surrounded by great friends. Thank you Michelle for running with me again and to Abi, Margaret and Jessica for running with us too. Special thanks to Jessica for Awesome pancakes and grilled Cheese at the 50k mark! You Rock!
