72 Transcendence 12 Hour Run 08/15/10 Olympia WA 8:05 32 mi         My longest distance yet post "break". Record heat made for a slow day. But I had a blast and loved the popsicles, fudgsicles and loop around the lake which gave us all a chance to visit. Thanks, Chris, for the company and songs.

70 Missoula Marathon 07/11/10 Missoula MT 5:41:10 Marathon         Fun race as always. Not running long took its toll - I bonked at about M22-M23. The highlight was spending the first mile with Mr. Macon.
69 Couer d'Alene 05/30/10 Couer d'Alene ID 5:40:42 Marathon         Felt great! Walked 3 min, ran 1 min for a little over half. Ankle was okay, so I upped it to a 2:2. 26 miles is still a long ways - but I'm getting there. Best part is the ankle still feels okay after the long drive home!

57 Freestate Trail Run 04/25/09 Lawrence KS 10:52 40 mi 42       Love this run. Great trails, great volunteers, great fun. Both years ended with a thunderstorm . . . but this year the tornado sirens went off 2x before I finished!!! OH, and a horrible cold - felt like crap 2nd 20 miles.

48 Gobbler Grind 11/23/08 Overland Park KS 7:24 Marathon         DFL. PW. Felt like a looong marathon . . . oh, it was. I made a wrong turn and added 6 or more miles!! Lots of out/backs/loops on bike trails. Great weather. Never did find the "zone", so I did extra!!!

40 Light At the end of the Tunnel 08/17/08 North Bend WA 5:44 Marathon         Went in to it tired and exhausted. Hot, muggy, humid, still air. Felt like running in a warm sauna. Did I mention muggy? Thanks Eric & Rob for the ice water over the head at Mile 22! Great race.
