47 Mt. Si Ultra and Relay 04/11/10 North Bend WA 8:54 50 mi         I was not ready for a 50 miler and forced myself to run. Surprisingly, made it and got the infamous "bug" back!
46 Lord Hill 03/07/10 Snohomish WA 6:55 50 km         This run killed me! I was doing OK until the last loop and I totally bonked. I was sick for two days after this run....... Next year, I WILL do better!

44 Yours Truly 01/24/10 Cedar River WA 5:00 50 km         Had a great run, not too much pain! Enjoyed chatting and meeting new people.
43 Pigtails Flat Ass 12/19/09 Cedar River WA 3:56 Marathon         I felt like I ran a 3:30 but I didn't! I am not use to a flat course. I must say my legs ached after this run. Thanks for Pigtails putting on these races!

41 Mac Donald Forest 05/09/09 Corvallis OR 6:28:00 50 km 80       First 50k in a long time! Had a beautiful weekend, chatted the first 20 miles and finished strong and drank beers with Heath and Ben Blessing. Enjoyed the beauty of Mac Forest on mountain bikes the next day!

26 Heartland 100 10/13/07 Cassoday KS 24:31:39 100 mi         Ouch it was as painful as everybody said. The chafing kicked my butt. I think I'll train harder and buy clothes without seams for my next 100 in Feb 2008. oh yeah and bigger shoes.......I'm hooked:)
