Very well organized and pleasant run on the Iron Horse Trail. I struggeled at the end, so a big thanks to Cheri and Mo for the "salvage tow" to the finish line. Another fine race put on by Brian. Thank you Brian and volunteers.

Nice day for a race. I love running on the roads I commute on. Hoards and hoards of people - corral is the right word for the race start. Some spectators were idiots and would step right out in front of you. Ambulance at mile 25 was unsettling. |

I grew up in Olympia so this was the first time I ran the streets I drove on for years. Funny how I never noticed those hills as a kid. The course even went through my paper route. A very nice day for a marathon, and I met many Maniacs. A very well organized and supported race, and they even handed out little sponges to the runners. (Arizona needs to learn that one). I'll definitely run this one again.

Pleasant run in Wenatchee. 2+ loops. Got lucky with the weather again. Clear and warm. Saw a lot of Maniacs. I ran this faster than usual from the start as I was feeling good and there was no threat of monster hills. Ok, so the sweepers pushed me to the finish and the RD was revving his car ready to go, while the Park Ranger was locking the gate. Was last to finish, but hey, I did finish.
