64 Oz Marathon 04/16/11 Olathe KS 5:08:01 Marathon         most boring marathon ever. ran around a mall pkng lot, a business park, down by a highway. then we saw a beautiful trail, unfortunately its out and back on the trail, pretty once, boring twice.

60 Dizzys Fifties 11/20/10 Huntsville AL 7:19:43 50 km         still one of the best ultras around (at least in alabama). It was a extremely warm day, but very beautiful. only fell once (1/2 mile from the finish). a new record for me :)

57 Tupelo Marathon 09/05/10 tupelo MS 4:54:44 Marathon         much cooler day than usual in Tupelo. I had my 1st sub 5 hour marathon in ages. i was very happy with the day. Still one of my fave marathons in the country.

50 Tupelo marathon 09/06/09 Tupelo MS 5:11:30 Marathon         i love this race. its hiller than many, bunch of rolling hills. best race shirt and medal ive ever seen. skull, crossbones, and flames :)

32 Tupelo Marathon 09/02/07 Tupelo MS 4:54:52 Marathon         best road marathon. second half almost 20 mon faster than first, so it was a helluva good day. had i ran the first half harder it could have been closer to 4:30 maybe.

28 Sweet H20 50K 04/14/07 Lithia Springs GA 9:29:00 50.0 km         ran sweep - designated last place :) love having no pressure. toughest race I've ever finished. I might have been cut had I been IN the race. real SOB of a course, but VERY beautiful. you earn the finish here.
27 Country Music Marathon 04/02/07 Nashville TN 4:56:48 Marathon         had fun, great race, 30,000 people (half and full) so it was packed. Nashville really comes out for this one. Would have come in 30 min sooner but sun/heat killed us all.

19 Ouachita Trail 50 04/22/06 Little Rock AR 8:52:11 50.0 km         mountain climb at mile 4 killed me for the day. it was boulders up a mountain. unbelievable. this isnt a run, it's an adventure.
18 Darkside 8 hour run 04/01/06 Peachtreecity GA   26.5 miles         Fast start, slow fnish, hot day. everything went wrong. finished a marathon and went home.
