Ran thru the mud and the muck..noticed I carried a muddy worm on my calf across the finish line. Had a wonderful time with fellow Maniacs! Shared in the joy of Lynne D's 1st double!!!
Double D's got it done! :) Nice hot showers and plenty of food back at the camp. |

The Marathon that almost didn't happen. Storms delayed this race for 1 1/2 hours. Race director was wonderful wanting to get it in as bad as we all did. Long flat roads, wide open spaces & no shade once the sunshine appreared. But most happy as we all accomplished what we set out to do...RUN. Thought of Mark Swanson and his successful achievement! #50 |
